Privacy notice
This notice covers the enquiry form and the deal calculator on propertyauction.finance. Property Money Limited is the controller.
Who is responsible
The website and inbox are operated by Property Money Limited (company number 13139726), Chris Holt. Contact: the enquiry form on this site, or propertymoneyuk@gmail.com.
What we collect
From the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, and anything you choose to add (auction date, lot or purchase price, amount needed, a short message, and whether you ticked the list box). From “Email my results” on the calculator: your name, email, the figure summary, and whether you ticked the list box. We also receive basic server logs from the host (for example IP address and time of request).
Why we use it
To reply to an enquiry, or to email you the calculator figures you asked for. The legal bases are legitimate interests in answering a business enquiry, taking steps at your request before a contract, and — only if you tick the list box — consent to occasional auction and bridging notes.
We do not sell your details. We do not add you to a campaign list unless you tick the box. That box is never pre-ticked.
Who sees it
Chris Holt / Property Money Limited. Email is sent to propertymoneyuk@gmail.com. If you use “Email my results”, a copy of the figures also goes to the address you typed. The website is hosted on UK shared hosting (Webhosting UK / cPanel). Opted-in addresses are added to a list by hand — there is no third-party email platform on this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and calculator emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up, then deleted in the ordinary course of inbox management. If you opted into notes, we keep that address until you ask us to stop.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it, and you can object to our using it. Write to propertymoneyuk@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and tracking
The live page does not set marketing cookies by itself. The form posts to this domain. Optional Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel snippets are in the page source as placeholders only. If those IDs are filled in later, those companies may set cookies and process device data under their own notices.
